Art doll Tessel

Tessel's name comes from Tesselschade, which is an old Dutch name. In the 17th century, a ship got shipwrecked for the coast of Texel (an island in the north of Holland). And schade means damage. The captain thought, if I name my daughter Tesselschade it will bring good luck to my next ship. 

Tessel is a "Natural fiber art doll". A doll meant for adult enthusiasts and collectors. She is 42 cm/16,5'' tall and she will bring her own lavender cuddle dolly.
